This year California will have three elections: the February 5 Presidential Primary Election, the June 3rd Statewide Direct Primary Election, and the November 4 General Election. Three initiatives have qualified for the February ballot: Proposition 91 Transportation Funding; Proposition 92 Community Colleges. Funding. Governance. Fees; and Proposition 93 Limits on Legislators’ Terms in Office.
